- What were European reasons and motivation for exploration? Be able to provide examples.
- Review explorers from the Exploration handout and notes (Prince Henry, Vasco de Gama, Columbus, etc)
- What was the ecomienda system? Why did the Spanish use this system?

- Who were the Spanish Conquistadors? How did they conquer the Native American tribes?
